    My wife and I hired Davison Building & Development in 2011 to renovate a 22,000 sq.ft. dilapidated building into our dream dance and fitness center.  As one might imagine, moving forward with a renovation can be exciting yet stressful, however, the owner, Mark Davison, and his entire crew were great to work with and turned our dreams on paper into a reality!  Mark’s calm and knowledgeable insight laid our worries to rest.  The staff and crew were true professionals.  The crew that worked with us, Chris, Keith & Rick, arrived to the worksite on-time every day and left the job site clean and free of debris.  It was nice to have someone courteous and friendly on the job site that could explain the process along the way.  Both my wife and I highly recommend Davison Building & Development for your next big project.  They go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied!

Our crematory project was started on time but most important of all was finished on time with no cost over runs. We are very happy with the caliber of work that was provided by you and your employees. You have built us a very nice building which will give us many years of service. Special thanks to your on site crews. Any time we had a problem we were able to work everything out without much difficulty. It was a pleasure to work with your firm.
